High School Diploma

The High School Diploma Program provides adults with the opportunity to earn a high school diploma at their own pace selecting from a variety of time schedules. Classes are designed to provide adult students
the opportunity to Graduationenroll throughout the academic year. 

Classes are offered in the morning, afternoon and evenings. Instruction is highly individualized, which allows the teachers to address the particular needs of each student. 

The Inland Career Education Center is a WASC-accredited high school and issues high school diplomas upon completion of required classes.  To request your high school transcript from the Inland Career Education Center (formerly San Bernardino Adult School), click on the link below.


A $30 book rental fee (per book) is due prior to attending any classes. All students must have the required book for the classes. Book rental fee will be returned  to student upon the book being returned in good condition.




Registration is held monthly, bi-monthly or weekly.  Please call the Counseling Center at (909) 388-6000 to find out when the next registration will be held.

Step 2


All students are required to take a two-hour math and reading assessment test for placement purposes.
No children are permitted in the Assessment Center.
Students will be scheduled for an Orientation/Strategies for Success class at this time.

Step 3


During the six-hour Orientation/Strategies for Success class, students will meet with a member of the Counseling Team to be enrolled into a class(es).

Students must bring an official transcript from each district attended for entrance into the high school diploma program.
  • Transcript request forms are in the Counseling Center (Room 111) if you need assistance obtaining your transcript.
Counselors will evaluate assessment test scores and place students into a class(es) based upon the scores, work schedules, family responsibilities, transcript evaluation and the availability of classes.
