Dear Students, Parents/Guardians, Community members,
My name is Dion Clark. I am the principal of San Gorgonio High School. I have been with the San Bernardino City Unified School District for 20 years as a teacher, District Office Literacy Program Specialist and a vice principal at 3 of our District’s high schools. I am a graduate of San Gorgonio High School and I am excited to now serve in this capacity!
San Gorgonio High School is the Summit of Excellence. Our motto:
Everyone, Everywhere, Every Time!
Our school district is focused on “Making Hope Happen” for our students and community. Our San Gorgonio High School staff is determined to do exactly that for all of our Spartan students and community.
We have an excellent staff that is focused on the academic achievement of each student and having every student graduate with a high school diploma in preparation for college and a career. The San Gorgonio High School staff is concentrating on having classrooms with rigorous instruction and high expectations for all students.
We have three school-wide goals for all students:
Achieve proficiency in academic skills
Regular attendance is vital in ensuring that all students ACT successfully. Please encourage and support your students in attending school every day and completing their daily assignments.
The San Gorgonio staff is available to help you with any concerns that you may have regarding our school. Working together we can achieve the goal of student success.
I welcome your comments and suggestions. Please feel free to stop by or call me at (909) 388-6524. I wish you a successful school year at San Gorgonio High School.
