The primary responsibility of the Mobile Maintenance Teams is to provide District sites with on-site mobile repair teams. The Mobile Teams assist K-12 school sites in identifying and remedying deficiencies prior to and during the annual County Schools Williams’ inspections, ensuring schools are clean, safe, and functional. The Mobile Teams work diligently throughout the year to ensure all K-12 school sites are in Williams’ compliance and meet the “good repair” standards. This unique multi-trade shop handles minor repairs relating to carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, flooring, welding, sheet metal, furniture, trikes, bikes, wagons, and buggies. The teams visit each school site approximately 6 times a year and District offices approximately 2 times a year. The Mobile Maintenance Teams can also be booked for Career Day presentations on a first come first serve basis for K-6 school sites.
