Request for Changing Schedule Procedures
A schedule modification form must be submitted the first 4 weeks of each semester with appropriate signatures and reasons for change. At the end of the fourth week, no schedule modification will be made. Cut off dates will be published in the student and staff bulletin.

Prior to any schedule modification that involves a level change, or parent, teacher, student, or administrative request, a conference must be held with the parties involved. The decision, arrived at through a consensus of opinion, will be communicated to the counselor and the revision will be made.
